Placement Co-ordinator

Our electrical training center in Sambhaji Nagar, Kolhapur offers a 45-day comprehensive course where students gain practical knowledge in house wiring. Upon completing the course, it is crucial to facilitate job placements for them within the electrical industry, either with well-established companies or reputable contractors. We place our graduates in locations such as Kolhapur, Goa, Pune, Satara, and Solapur.

Responsibilities

The placement coordinator must provide sessions on interview preparation, money management, and arrange industrial visits and guest lectures for students during their electrical training. They should identify students job preferences, search for vacancies, arrange interviews, and facilitate their joining process. Additionally, the coordinator should assist with finding accommodation and food arrangements near their workplace.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Graduate

Experience: Prior experience in career counselling, recruitment, or HR-related roles is often required. Experience in the industry relevant to the placements (e.g., electrical or technical sectors) can be an advantage.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of local employment trends and the ability to build relationships with employers and industry partners.
