Job Summary:
The Placement Associate will assist in coordinating and managing job placement activities, working closely with students, employers, and the career services team to ensure successful job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in job search and placement processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies for placement opportunities.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and placement events.
- Guide students in preparing resumes, cover letters, and for interviews.
- Manage and update the placement database and track placement metrics.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with employers and students.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
