Designation: Placement and Corporate Relations Officer
Job Summary:
The Placement and Corporate Sales Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, facilitating job placements for candidates, and driving sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor placement solutions to meet those requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones for different EDP & MDP organized by institution.
- Responsible for selling the infra with coaching institute and rent out our infra, can will try and utilise the infra in the campus after office hours
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Coordinate the placement of candidates into client organizations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a good fit between candidates and corporate needs.
- Negotiate terms of service and contracts with corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Monitor placement success rates and client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote services and build connections.
- Develop promotional materials and conduct presentations to showcase placement services and products/services from institution.
Exp: 4+ years in Corporate Sales primarily from staffing background.
