Primary Role
This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in PLSQL Developer who are looking to further their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. S/he will be part of a Data Engineering and Analytics Practice. So other than PLSQL knowledge, the candidate should be willing to learn various concepts like Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Business Intelligence etc. on AWS or Azure Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and perform tune Oracle or PostGres SQL and PLSQL (or PGSQL) Queries, Functions and Stored Procedures to support various business use cases
- Develop, maintain and enhance various RDBMS database objects Table, View, Materialized Views, Triggers etc.
- Experience in various debugging and error handling techniques
- The candidate should have experience in dealing with at least one production environment.
- The candidate should be able write simple to medium complex requirement documents and test cases.
- Should have good debugging, analytical and communication skills to interact with the technology and business stakeholders.
- Should have appreciation to understand various business processes and its underlaying technology solutions.
- Should have passion to learn continuously as a part of the job.

- Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering and related disciplines.
Work Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in PostGres SQL, PLSQL (or PGSQL) development.
- Good proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization.
- Should have hands on experience in PL/SQL procedures and functions development.
- Should have hands on experience in any RDBMS like PostgreSQL
- Should have good understanding of database design principles and data modelling concepts
- Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries with joins, aggregations, analytical functions.
- Good analytical, reasoning and debugging skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
