Role: PKS (Pivotal Container Services)
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years
Job Description:
. As part of PKS Operations teams, provides customers with a runtime support for containers (within the scope of predefined authorizations to operate containerized applications).
. To help covers the operation and lifecycle of the container environment, but not the application operation.
. To provide Kubernetes namespaces in dedicated Kubernetes clusters to the using applications as Users do not get full cluster access.
. Support the container platform PKS as well as the maintenance of the platform product in RUN operation Point of Contact (POC). To act as the central contact person for the container platform PKS to support the customer of the application in operation and to enable troubleshooting and communication with the involved areas.
. To be part of a team which will enable, a continuous expansion of the functionality and security of the platform (the core product VMware TKGI to be phased out and replaced by the TKG 2.x product)
