Job Description

Position: Engineer - Piping Stress Engineer

Education and Experience: B.Tech/M.Tech

Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Familiar with Standards like ASME B31.3, API 610, WRC 107. Worked on refinery, petrochemical and power projects.
Well familiar with piping stress analysis part of piping engineering. And Performed Maximum ofactivities in piping stress analysis: -
Line modeling in CAESAR II,
Equipment modeling in CAESAR II
Load Case Preparation.
Selection of type of supports to qualify lines in stress, loads on equipment, loads on structure.
Use and selection of springs (VSH and CSH)
Performed analysis of lines connected to Pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, turbines, air coolers etc.
Support selection from support standard and fabrication sketch preparation of special supports.
Flange leakage checking.
