Role: Piping SP3D Designer
Experience: 4-8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Modelling of Equipment's as per Vendor Data.
- Modelling of symmetric piping for process unit which meets the process requirement and stress analysis.
- Modelling of pipe routing and steam jacketed piping.
- Modelling of pipe routing of Condenser Tanks, Coolers, Pumps and Heat exchanger.
- Fixing the Piping for Tie in connection point.
- Adding logical support and Modelling physical supports for all pipes.
- Generating GA drawing with annotation
- Preparation of Material Take Off (Manual & from 3D Model)
- Data consistency and Clash checking for piping.
- Extracting pipe isometrics and checking of isometrics with latest P&ID, line list, piping layout and piping material specification.
- Inter Department co-ordination with other departments.
- Adding temporary structure such as platform and pipe rack at initial stage for civil team.
- Structural input for detailed modelling of Tech Structures and Racks by structural department.
- Generating the model in Navis work for review.
Software Expertise:
- SP3D
- Knowledge on ISOGen and Marian Loading will be added advantage
