Description
We are looking for a skilled Pipe Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in pipe fabrication and be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. The candidate should be able to operate various tools and equipment, as well as work with a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. The candidate should also have experience in welding and be able to use welding equipment safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Operate various tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, grinders, and welding machines
- Measure and mark pipes for cutting and welding
- Assemble and fit pipes and pipe fittings
- Weld pipes using various welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and Stick welding
- Inspect and test completed pipe assemblies to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-12 years of experience in pipe fabrication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in pipe fabrication or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Experience with various tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, grinders, and welding machines
- Experience with welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to work with a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
