*Job Description: Consultant Physiotherapist (Home Visits)*

We are seeking Consultant Physiotherapists to join our team for home visits in Mumbai. As a Consultant Physiotherapist, you will provide personalized care and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes across Mumbai, covering areas on the Western Line, Central Line, and Navi Mumbai.

*Responsibilities:*

- Conducting home visits to assess patients conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Administering physiotherapy treatments and modalities as required for patient recovery.

- Educating patients and caregivers on exercise programs and home care techniques.

- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

- Ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards in patient care.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum qualification of Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT).

- Valid registration with recognized physiotherapy associations such as OTPT, IAP, or equivalent.

- Proficiency in at least one modality (e.g., ultrasound, TENS, etc.).

- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients.

- Ability to work independently and manage patient schedules effectively.

*Compensation:*

- Visit charges will be set by the company.

- Physiotherapists will receive 60% of the visit charges, with the company retaining 40%.

- A 10% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applicable on the physiotherapist's share.
