Assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical history.
- Accompany consultant doctors during rounds and execute their orders.
Order investigations and interpret the results and prepare treatment plan in collaboration with the consultants.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Perform therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations, suturing, managing wounds and infections.
Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens; promote wellness and health maintenance.
Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care measures.
- Manage patient follow-ups and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in any mid-size hospital. Work experience in NABH accredited hospitals will be an advantage.
- Registration certificate is must.
Should be ready to join immediately or at short notice.
Must be flexible working in all shifts including night shift.
