Good experience in backend flows like Synthesis, Floorplan & Powerplan, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis, Route, STA, Reliability & Physical verification closureGood knowledge in tools like ICC2, Innovus, RedHawk, StarRC, DRC/LVS tools
Able to handle blocks independently
Good communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and with other teams
