PHP Developer Intern

Overview

PENNEP is looking for a passionate PHP Developer Intern to assist in the development and maintenance of web applications. This internship will provide you with practical experience in PHP development, specifically using the Symfony framework, allowing you to build your technical skills and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and the Symfony framework.
• Collaborate with senior developers on project requirements, design, and implementation.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Learn and apply best practices in web development, including version control and testing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and familiarity with the Symfony framework.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with other PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs and basic server management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
