Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PHP CodeIgniter Developer to join our dynamic team in Surat, Gujarat. If you have a strong background in PHP and a deep understanding of the CodeIgniter framework, we want to hear from you! You'll be developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter framework.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure quality and efficiency of code by following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Provide inputs and suggestions for continuous improvement of software architecture and application performance.
- Write clean, well-designed code and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the application's performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven software development experience in PHP and CodeIgniter framework.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of database systems, particularly MySQL, and ability to design and optimize SQL queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve application issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with third-party APIs and integration.
