- Research and plan creative new approaches for set styling.
- Style interior spaces based on plans to achieve optimal results.
- Produce a variety of quality images for different media collaterals.
- Work closely with the media team to create detailed media assets for various web portals.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Team to achieve desired results for diverse media assets.
- Plan studio requirements with a focus on trends, shoot, and branding needs.
- Handle post-production image processing as needed.
- Research and apply various lighting techniques with the studio team to accomplish creative project goals.
Management
- Oversee the Studio and manage the Studio Team efficiently.
- Enhance the productivity and quality of work within the studio by managing studio staff.
- Strategize and plan tasks and workflows for studio staff in collaboration with the studio team.
- Analyze tasks completed by the studio team and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor studio needs and collaborate on budgeting with the team.
- Identify and frame equipment requirements based on shooting demands and budget considerations.
- Lead creative discussions about lighting, sets, and shoot requirements with the studio team.
- Facilitate group discussions with the studio team to address challenges and develop effective strategies.
- Work closely with the Graphic Team and oversee post-production to achieve desired results for various media collaterals and platforms.
