Hiring for

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone banking, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-sell relevant products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and sales conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• 0-5 years of experience in inbound customer service or related field (phone banking).
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.
• Strong understanding of cross sales principles and practices.

Work time :

• Shifts (starting 06:30 AM), open to work in shifts / Rotational offs (for female shift window will be up to 08:30 PM).
