The person will be responsible to -
- Assure successful production of new genetics or combinations assigned at Product Advancement Meeting (PAM) through active technical liaison with Supply Chain (SC), Research & Development (R&D), Field Production Research (FPR), growers and third-party vendors.
- Establish a close relationship and effective communication plan with stakeholders in R&D with the goal to optimally organize the variety introduction and commercial scale-up to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Provide and defend data driven producibility evaluation in conjunction with Global Seed Production Specialist (GSPS) & FPR.
- Responsible for crop knowledge transfer to regional field production teams enabling continuous improvement.
- Work and provide support in all production areas by providing timely field visits throughout the production season.
Education - PhD in Agronomy
Total experience - 3-4 years
