Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Cluster Manager to oversee multiple pharmacy locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise multiple pharmacy locations within the designated cluster.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and protocols across all pharmacy locations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of each pharmacy and develop strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice. (Prefer but if the candidate have good experience without license can eligible)
5-6 years Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a multi-location setting.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to travel between pharmacy locations within the designated cluster.
Salary: Up to 35k in-hand + PF and Health Benefits (Depends on Interview, Negotiable )
Duty Shift: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
