MrMed is looking for Pharmacists to assist our customers in order fulfillment and postorder support over telephone/ chat channels.

Location: T Nagar Chennai (Onsite role only)

Age Criteria: 20-29 years

Responsibilities:

• Handling customers query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making followup outbound calls
• Reviewing and validating prescriptions to ensure they are accurate, complete, and safe for the patient to use
• Confirm orders with customers via phone calls and chat channels and place orders online after verifying all the details
• Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
• Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management

Desired Qualification / Requirements:

• B Pharm/ D Pharm Graduate
• Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in computer and internet applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Temperament for handling customers with care
• Candidate should be comfortable working from office (T Nagar)
• Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: 220,000.00 - 280,000.00 per year
