Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Trackers and Reporting:
• Maintain various trackers including inventory, dispatch details, batch ID, and near expiry items.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely sharing of tracker information.
• Management of Cold Chain Inventories:
• Handle cold chain inventories and packaging materials.
• Ensure adherence to storage protocols (cold chain, non-cold chain, gel pack storage).
• Preparation and Circulation of Reports:
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports.
• Proficient in Excel for data management and report generation.
• Flexibility and Documentation:
• Prepare zero value invoices and ensure proper documentation with stamp and sign.
• Quality Control and Dispatch Coordination:
• Ensure correct medicines and invoices are packed accurately for dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Mumbai team for smooth processing of requests and dispatch.
• Physical Stock Management:
• Conduct physical stock counts twice a month.
• Ensure physical counts match with the inventory tracker.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Must hold a Pharmacist degree.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Certification: Must possess PCE Certificate registration from Telangana State.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
• Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with teams.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory management, cold chain logistics, and reporting. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate flexibility in working hours when necessary.
