Job Description

Ind Swift Limited is looking for Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for pharmaceutical products, including both prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications
  • Align marketing activities with overall business goals and objectives
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Utilize market data to inform marketing strategies and target audience segmentation
  • Product Positioning and Brand Management: Define product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies to differentiate pharmaceutical products in the market
  • Develop and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and standards
  • Promotional Campaigns: Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, conferences, and medical detailing
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to develop creative assets and materials
  • KOL Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry influencers
  • Engage KOLs in educational initiatives, advisory boards, and speaker programs to support product advocacy and thought leadership
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, PhRMA guidelines, and company policies
  • Review promotional materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with labeling requirements
  • Sales Support: Provide sales teams with marketing collateral, tools, and resources to support sales efforts and customer engagement
  • Develop sales training materials and presentations on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Market Access Support: Collaborate with market access teams to develop value propositions, reimbursement strategies, and payer communications for pharmaceutical products
  • Support market access initiatives to secure formulary placement and reimbursement coverage
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor sales trends, market share, and ROI to evaluate campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed
