Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharma Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pharma industry and the ability to identify and recruit top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies for hiring Pharma professionals
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and prioritize hiring needs
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in Pharma recruitment in the US staffing job market
• Deep understanding of the Pharma industry and its job roles
• Experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
