Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare, and related industries.
Extensive experience working with direct client hiring.
Develop action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and social media.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
Regular interaction and daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements, and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharma /B.Sc etc
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
Candidate must have a clear understanding of US work authorizations (i.e., GC, USC, EAD, OPT/CPT, H1B, etc.).
Must be strongly familiar with hiring terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp.
Preferred recruitment experience working with direct clients.
Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the US Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.
