• Educare Solution is looking for PGT MATHS to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• Teach Mathematics to students at the senior secondary level (typically grades 11-12)
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum
• Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Use varied teaching methodologies to explain complex mathematical concepts effectively
• Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Prepare students for competitive exams, where applicable, and guide them in higher-level mathematical concepts
• Engage in extra-curricular activities and academic initiatives related to Mathematics

Requirements:

• Master's degree in mathematics or a related field
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification is preferred
• Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher at the senior secondary level
• In-depth subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, where applicable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom management abilities and a student-centric approach to teaching
• Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Experience in guiding students for mathematics-related competitive exams or Olympiads
• Participation in professional development programs or workshops related to mathematics education
• Involvement in curriculum development or innovative teaching practices
