Dr Banwari Lal Sharma Gurukul is looking for PGT to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Teach the respective subject(s) to students at the senior secondary level (typically grades 11-12).
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
Create an engaging and stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and academic excellence.
Facilitate discussions, projects, and practical demonstrations to enhance students understanding of the subject matter.
Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.
Prepare students for board examinations or competitive entrance tests, where applicable.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:

Master's degree in the relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Biology, etc.). A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a Post Graduate Teacher, ideally at the senior secondary level.
In-depth subject knowledge and a passion for teaching the respective subject to senior students.
Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, if applicable.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in guiding students for competitive exams or academic competitions.
Engagement in curriculum development or innovative teaching methodologies.
