To coordinate preliminary screening of applicants, organizing interviews of shortlisted candidates.

KRA2
Salary and Wage administration
Preparing perquisites for Electricity and Furniture's.
Preparation of deduction sheet, arrears, advances for O&S and WB and uploading the same as per payroll calendar.
Cross checking the salary and wages registers and ensuring error free operations.
To share the bank list to UKSC Pune for timely payments.
Preparing of JV's and submitting the same to UKSC.
To generate JV of Car Operating Expenses on 15th and 30th of every month and sending the same to UKSC for payment.
Supporting employees (O&S and WB) for various payroll activities like deductions, LTA, Income Tax Proofs, Deductions etc.
Providing monthly salary slips and Annual PF Slips to Wage Board employees.
Submission of F&F details to central payroll within 24 hours after receiving no dues.
Timely monitoring of payment of LTA,COE reimbursement, Loan & advances ( PF Loan from Company ) as per Company Policies.
Supporting Wage Board employees for loan applications and uploading the same on PF Trust site.
Submission of form for Superannuation fund to payroll team for timely payment.
Provisions, accounts report preparation and submit in schedule time.
KRA3
Contract Labour Management
Co-ordinate and monitor all the activities pertaining to Contract Labour under Contract Labour Act to ensure the compliance to Contract Labour Act and smooth functioning of the Plant Operations.
Ensure timely issuing of gate pass before entry into the plant.
- Strictly follow the checklist for gate pass including labour licence, WC policy and verification.
- Verification of attendance by taking plant rounds.
Check the MIS report on contract labour.
Issuing of letter and forms to ensure license and its renewal and completion of work by all contractors.
Ensure the entry of labour only through Kronos system.
Ensure 100% Scheduling of CL in Kronos.
Ensure bill verification of CL only through Kronos.
Ensure contractors for timely submission of bills.
Ensure Timely payment of wages of Contract Labour
- Ensure disbursement of wages by contractors in presence of contract supervisor
- Timely deposit of all statutory payment under PF act , welfare act in time .
- Checking of PF statement and all related documents.
Ensure encashment of leave for every entitled labour
KRA4
Management Information System
Ensuring timely submission of monthly MIS Ensuring timely submission of Department Provisions like Flash Cost, Bills, PR etc.
Ensuring timely submission and Updation of Joining/ Exit details to concerned stakeholders
Timely and accurate preparation of Presentations, Reports etc. as required by Management from time to time
To ensure proper records and documents related to various applicable IS Standards.
Supporting and handling various internal and external audits.
KRA5
Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives
Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
Educating team about I know my job, I know the hazards associated with my job and I applied control measures & I escalate to my senior among manpower deployed in sections/department manpower including peer, WB & CL manpower
Timely conducting scheduled SO round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
To conduct daily Tool Box Talk as schedule and before start the job any critical job along with SWP
Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
Ensure good housekeeping, limited use of power, no leakage of water, oil, air etc and reporting concerned if any abnormalities for corrective action
Adhering of all safety precautions on the site and off the site
Replicating good practice for saving environment for long run sustainability and creating awareness among manpower to save guard natural resources.
KRA6
System Management
(Effective implementation of all IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards)
To implement improvement project to reduce repetitive problems/breakdown or losses.
Timely submission of Kaizen, OPL, Good to fine, suggestion on system
Developing and sustaining Model area in respective sections
100% active participation in respective KFA & GRT meetings and giving inputs related to bring new technology, innovation and improvements towards productivity. Conduct awareness programs down the level team
To know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments.
Implementation of critical spares & consumable SOP without any defilement
Identify & arrange rectification of leakage points/unsafe points along with monitor & take corrective action for emission levels.
