Role and Responsibilities:
1.Kiln and VRM operation
2. Process optimization to maximize productivity and reduction in Sp. energy consumption
3. Refractory job Planning & supervision
4. Problem analysis
5. Achieve the given P&B target of production
6. Achieve target Sp. Heat consumption and Sp. Power consumption
7. Achieve target TSR %
8. Comply all the safety standards ensuring safety of man and machinery.
9. Skill development and to maintain proper housekeeping.
Minimum Qualification:
B Tech / Diploma in Cement Technology / BE in Chemical Engineering / BSc / MSc
