Shutdown Jobs Performing | -Prepare the job list for shutdown as per priority for the section. - Proper Job planning for shutdown jobs. - Planning of contractor jobs to be carried out and raise service work order accordingly. - Spare parts planning for major shutdown jobs as well as fulfilling day today basis requirements. - Planning and procurement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast execution of jobs |
COST CONTROL: | . Reduction in section cost by reducing breakdowns. . Reduction in section cost by avoiding idle running of equipment. . Avoid over time and optimum utilization of contract manpower . Control the handling cost by avoiding Spillage. -Identification of maintenance cost reduction parameters. |
MIS & Records | Maintaining records for various activities and section KPI's Ensuring timely data Updation in SAP PR/ PO preparation in SAP and using various approval portals like I Approve and Jiffy. Providing timely and accurate information to Management as and when required. |
Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives | Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area. |
System Management:- | 1. To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities in respective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area, illumination, good maintenance practices, visual & Lubrication management, QCDIPSHE performance, Kaizen, OPL, improvement projects etc. for internal customer satisfaction. 3. Actively taking lead in meetings for implementation good practices in improving associated KFA and GRT performance and carry out internal audits to ensure effective implementation of systems 6.Develop Area owner ship culture. 7.CLIT for every equipment. 8.Dispaly critical work SOP at site. |
