1. Procurement of materials and services as per plant requirement in timely & cost effective manner from right sources. Coordination with Central Procurement Cell, Central Commercial Cell, Plant technical team, Finance & accounts, UKSC, Safety dept, other ABG/ UTCL/ Cluster Units to ensure support as required.
| 2- Having good knowledge of Vendex, SAP MM, HEMM & Mechanical procurement. |
| 3-Purchase- Planning, organizing & controlling etc all related activities. |
| 4-Procurement- Monitor timely delivery of stores and spares & cost effective purchase. |
| 5-Vendor Development- identification of new vendors for quality, cost and delivery improvements. |
| 6-Lead time reduction and Management Information System. |
