Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition | - Ensure manpower plan projection of all O&S employees
- Timely recruitment of talent through IRS/ outside agencies/ consultants campus recruitment in line with Approved Manpower and ensure its compensation restructure
- Develop and review HR plans in consultation with FHs/DHs
- Ensure smooth onboarding and recruitment compliance as per the framework
- Identify successor list as per the BHR guidelines and share the reports duly validated by unit Management

Performance Management | - Ensure SMART goal setting process and goal assurance audit
- Ensure performance discussion between employee & Manager
- Timely completion of Mid Year Review/ ACR
- Preparation and submission of ACR data in line with BHR Normalization guidelines
- Ensure updation of revised compensation structure as per the ACR guidelines in Poornata
- Support SH HR in tracking of timely completion of PIP

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards | - Ensure all eligible employees are covered under reward scheme
- Timely revision of CTC as per employee movement and extension of benefits as per policy

MIS & Reports | - Ensure timely submission of HR MIS
- Submission of manpower related data to Senior Management & BHR as and when required

WFA & Position Management | - Ensure accurate WFA and Position Management data
- Coordination with SeamEx Team for new employee on-boarding

Key Systems & Process Improvement /Institutionalization | - To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities in respective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area, illumination, good maintenance practices, visual & Lubrication management, QCDIP performance, Kaizen, OPL, suggestions, improvement projects etc for internal customer satisfaction.
- Review HR process to identify gaps if any and recommend for continuous improvement
- Lead & implement People Management KFA and good practices in GRT

SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives | - Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards/protocols and compliance of all applicable recommendations related to section
- Timely conducting self and team scheduled SO, CFSA round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in section in system or Off the site.
