We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented PF Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Provident Fund (PF) regulations and compliance requirements, and be proficient in managing the online claim process. This role is critical in ensuring that our company remains compliant with all PF regulations and that employees PF-related matters are handled efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure compliance with all Provident Fund regulations and requirements.

- Manage and process PF claims and withdrawals through the online claim portal.

- Assist employees with PF-related queries and issues, providing guidance and support.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PF transactions.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on PF compliance and claims.

- Liaise with government authorities and agencies to ensure adherence to PF regulations.

- Stay updated with changes in PF laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in PF compliance and managing the online claim process.

- Strong understanding of Provident Fund laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in using online PF claim portals and related software.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and government authorities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
