We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pest Control Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and treating pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Note: Freshers without experience in this field are welcome. Required training will be provided on-site
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of action.
- Should be able to travel outstation to work (travel allowance will be provided)
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments, including chemical, biological, and mechanical methods, in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Educate clients on preventive measures to avoid future infestations and maintain pest-free environments.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment plans and follow-up visits.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations at all times.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent service and support.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in various environments.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred.
- Only residents in or nearby Madurai is preferred.
