Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Palladam for a Personnel Officer. The Personnel Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and personnel administration. They will handle employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- HR certification is a plus
