We are looking for dynamic and motivated Personality Development Trainers to join our team at Find My Tution. If you're passionate about helping students enhance their personalities, communication skills, and overall confidence, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and impactful personality development sessions for students.
- Train students to improve their communication, body language, and leadership skills.
- Travel to various locations for in-person training sessions, workshops, and events. Some sessions may also be conducted virtually.
- Develop customized training materials and activities that cater to the individual needs of the students.
- Provide feedback and support to help students continually improve and achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in personality development or a related field.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and training sessions.
- Ability to conduct both in-person and virtual training effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
