Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Co-Stylist to assist in creating and curating compelling looks for editorial shoots, commercial campaigns, and personal styling projects. The Co-Stylist will work closely with the lead stylist, fashion designers, and photographers to ensure styling meets the project's creative vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a strong eye for detail, and is adept at identifying current trends while being able to cater to diverse client preferences.
Assistance in Styling:- Assist the Lead Stylist in planning and executing outfits and looks for photo shoots, runway shows, and client fittings.
Prepare clothing and accessories, ensuring all items are clean, well-fitted, and in optimal condition for styling sessions.- Maintain a well-organized styling kit with all necessary tools (pins, tape, clips, etc.).
Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, and creative teams to ensure that the overall look aligns with the project's theme and aesthetic.
Attend fittings, fashion shows, and client meetings to offer styling support and provide insights into outfit choices.Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay up to date with current fashion trends, industry news, and cultural movements to bring fresh ideas to styling sessions.
- Assist in researching fashion looks, themes, and inspirations for upcoming projects.
Wardrobe Management:
- Assist in sourcing and organizing garments, accessories, and footwear from designers, PR agencies, or stores.
Help manage and maintain inventory of clothing, accessories, and props, ensuring that everything is returned or stored correctly after usage.
Assist in dressing models, clients, or celebrities during photo shoots, campaigns, and events.- Ensure clothing fits properly and make necessary adjustments on-set to achieve the desired look.
Be prepared to make quick fixes during shoots, such as altering or pinning garments as needed.
* Provide support during client fittings and personal styling sessions by helping to select outfits that reflect their preferences and needs.
- Assist with shopping or pulling items for clients, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience.
