Personal Stylist

Job Summary: The Personal Stylist will be responsible for providing personalized fashion advice, creating stylish and cohesive outfits, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and meet clients individual needs and preferences.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, body type, and wardrobe needs.

• Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling recommendations.

Assist clients in selecting and purchasing clothing, accessories, and footwear.

• Create and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and brands.

• Manage client appointments and ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing styling area.

Participate in company events, fashion shows, and other promotional activities as required.

• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Stylist, Fashion Consultant, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in using styling tools and software (e.g., Stylebooks, Virtual Try-On tools).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
