The Personal Shopper will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting outfits and accessories that complement their personal style and meet their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on current fashion trends and styles
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences and purchases
- Assist clients with alterations, fittings, and returns
- Manage inventory and keep the store organized and well-stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India as a Personal Shopper or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
