Key Responsibilities:
- Management- Effectively manage & coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, & travel arrangements.
- 2. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive & internal/external stakeholders. Handle emails, phone calls, & other communications with professionalism & discretion.
- 3. Documentation and Filing: Organize & maintain important documents, records,& files. Ensure confidentiality & accuracy in document handling.
- 4. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, & minutes for meetings. Schedule &coordinate executive-level meetings & events.
- 5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, & transportation for business trips.
- 6. Expense Management: Track& manage expenses, prepare expense reports,& ensure timely reimbursement.
- 7. Task Prioritization: *Prioritize & manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met & priorities are aligned with business objectives.
