Job Description

Administrative and organizational work: This includes maintaining files and records, and managing databases and filing systems.
  • Scheduling: This includes managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements.
Communication: This includes handling correspondence, screening phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Research: This includes carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Special projects: This includes assisting with special projects as required.
  • Travel: This includes arranging travel, visas, and accommodation, and occasionally traveling with the manager.
Events: This includes organizing events and conferences.
  • Reports: This includes preparing reports, presentations, and briefs.
