We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretary with over 2 years of experience to provide administrative support to our team. Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Support the team with research and data entry tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with company policies.
Provide a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
