Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Loan Consultant at Baiju Finance in Noida. The Personal Loan Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in obtaining personal loans, providing financial advice, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Consultant will participate in loan origination and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Loan Officers and Loans expertise
• Finance and Loan Origination skills
• Customer Service proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess loan applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Relevant certification in financial services is a plus
