Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing DirectorLocation: Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director.
Role Overview:The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient management of daily activities and effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support: Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and available.

Travel and Logistics: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Ensure all travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and other administrative functions.
Qualifications:-
Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or directors.

Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Skills:- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
