Roles and Responsibilities:
- Shadow the Managing Director and implement the strategies for various businesses, working closely with respective heads of the businesses.
- Ability to engage with senior contacts of the Director as and when needed.
- Implement and suggest quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.
- Candidates should have tech-savvy mindset and experience to implement
- Purchase, sourcing, vendor development, BOM Costing is required.
- Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Assist the Director in managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment.
- Manage direct reporting to the Director related to financial, business, and administration matters.
- Ready to travel as part of the job responsibility to monitor branch office activities.
- The candidate should exude a high level of professionalism and be a quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand new responsibilities.
- Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
- You are in charge of the processing of the daily elements of the payroll but also of the current administrative management of the company.
- You will also ensure a good welcome and training process for the new employees.
- Organizing your managers diary and making appointments.
- Making reports and Road Maps for Director, drafting letters and preparation of documents, record keeping, plans of outdoor visits, collections of data from all branches, other assistance, update list of work and appointments, communications with others as per instruction Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- You are responsible for keeping track of the vendor and other invoice dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ready to travel with the MD to other cities for attending business meetings
- Ensure you an accounting treatment of expenses and revenues of the company.
- You are in charge of the processing of the daily elements of the payroll but also of the current administrative management of the company.
- Should have adequate knowledge to work in multi-tasking environment having skills in managing, and coordinating activities in a project mode.
- Finally, you assist the administrative and financial manager in the preparation of the annual accounting documents of the company.
- The ideal candidate should be willing to commit fully to the company and drive the company forward.
- Obviously, you are a confirmed accountant who has a good command of tax law.
