Job Description

A personal assistant (PA), also known as a personal aide or personal secretary, helps someone with their personal or business tasks. PAs can work in a business setting, with individuals, or with a combination of both. Their responsibilities can vary depending on the role, but may include:-

Shift/Location- Gurgaon Sec- 54 (WFO) 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a Week
Must have his own Vehicle to commute
Must have your Laptop for this Job Role

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.
2. Meeting Coordination:
Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and refreshments.
3. Travel Arrangements:
Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics.
Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
4. Personal Tasks:
Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive as needed.
Manage personal appointments and family commitments when required.
5. Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree Required.
Experience: Minimum of [2-5] years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of attention to detail.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
