Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to Managing Director to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Those residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Fluent in English and Hindi
