We're currently looking for good looking and presentable Personal/Executive Assistants to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent.

JOB Responsibilities:
- Support our Founder primarily and provide additional support to team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, etc.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior management.
- Manage senior managements travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Provide administrative and support, such as taking minutes during meetings, fixing meetings, mailing, maintenance of filing system, contacts database, etc.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Graduate or any relevant degree.
- Certification or a PG diploma is an advantage.
- Well dressed and presentable.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills, ability to organize and a multi-tasker.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Linkedin, AI tools and an aptitude for learning new softwares.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
