About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support STR in managing their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative support :
Manage and maintain executives schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain an organised filing system for electronic and paper documents.
Scheduling And Coordination
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business functions.
Manage and confirm travel itineraries and accommodations.
Office Management
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Personal Assistance
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Manage personal schedules and appointments.
Handle personal correspondence and communications.
Project Management
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
Track progress and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
