Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director at ANAND SEAMLESS LTD in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and offering general administrative support to the Director.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
