1. Calendar Management: Maintain the Founders schedule, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring optimal time utilization.
2. Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage domestic and international travel for the Founder, including flights, accommodations, and travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Communication: Manage the Founders email communications, draft and proofread documents, and handle phone calls professionally and with confidentiality.
4. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Attend meetings with the Founder, take notes, and follow up on action items.
5. Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential company and personal documents, files, and records.
6. Task Prioritization: Assist the Founder in prioritizing tasks and deadlines, ensuring critical assignments are addressed promptly.
7. Gatekeeping: Act as a primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
8. Special Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects and research assignments as directed by the Founder, contributing to strategic initiatives and company growth efforts.
9. Expense Management: Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
10. Good Physique: A personal assistant with a well-defined and healthy body shape embodies discipline and commitment to physical fitness. This not only contributes to a positive and energetic presence but also reflects their dedication to overall well-being, complementing their professional capabilities.
11. Traveling: There will be traveling in and around countries for meetings
