As a Personal Assistant for Office Work, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, helping to enhance efficiency and productivity. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or in a related field is a plus
