Job Description :
We are representing the DLF family, and currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the Chairman. The role will be based in Delhi with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage chairman's complex calendar and schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handle visa arrangements and any other travel-related documentation.
- Prepare and organize necessary materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including managing emails, filing, and expense reports.
- Adapt to flexible working hours and be available to work under pressure when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting Indian Promoter of large group.
- Proficiency in excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional overtime.
- Prior experience in travel management and arrangements is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
